Cogs is availiable, who goes?

When he is ready, which hopefully will be in about 4 weeks, he can slot into a midfield tagging role off the bench (in support of Johnno or Tuck) to start getting the pace of the game back. He has the size and smarts to negate. If he could manage this role this year it will have been a huge step forward for him and for Richmond.

I wouldn't be leaving Tuck out of the side, ToO. Flogged Sewell last week... did very well on Hayes... he's going very well at the moment.

Each to their own Gyps.

No doubt in my mind Hayes is struggling at the moment and as for Sewell? We maybe he did ok but it was the happy handball hour for Shane that game.

Fair enough, ToO.

I think the Tigers will be in a very good position if they find themselves with the option of dropping Tuck later in the season.

I don't mind Shane, he's honest enough but I just feel we need to do better if we are to progress.
In getting back to the question I'd take (a fit)Cogs over him more times than not.

Leysy's no great fan of Tucky's & his contract extension till the end of 2010 was laughable.

His last two weeks & especially last week was excellent. Hayes had 32, 25 & 31 possessions in the 3 weeks leading up to our game. Tuck held him to 15 & non-existent till the last term. It was Hayes quietest game statistically for over a year.

He is definately playing better now Wallet his given him a specific task.

Ditto Hyde with all that (probably moreso) as quick midfielders like Montagna have killed us for years.
Big test next time for Hydey next time on lil' Gazza.
