This is a link to a short Cogs interview on Sport927

It only goes for a couple of minutes so he didn't say a lot.

They were very disappointed after round 1, similar to round 1 last year. Had a reasonable lead up and we know we're a lot better than that. Even last week not to get the points was disappointing and we've put ourselves under a bit of pressure early on in the year. We have to step up over the next few weeks.

We fancy ourselves against free-flowing sides. Sydney plays similar to us and has had reasonable success against the Eagles. If we can shut their midfield down we will be some sort of a chance.

Asked about Lids new contract he said they're rapt with him. he's one of the most talented players who's walked into the club in the last few years.

Joked that Lids, his housemate, has offered to buy his house off him now he's rolling in the $$$ (not quite the exact words Cogs used but same gist.)
