In todays herald sun there was a pretty decent size write up on cogs, heres an over view.

Mark Coughlan expects to be ready for Richmonds season opener.

He is on track to be in full training by next month and is hoping to play a pre season game or 2.

Hasn't played for 18 months and is anxious. Needs a few games to get used to the pace of the game.

He did a time trial on grass as his team mates ran the tan on thier first training day back after the break.

Admits to being a bit nervous and it'll be like playing his 1st game again. Each week is a big step in my confidence.

Had more time to get the knee right (13 months) by the time the season starts.

Been swimming, bike riding and cross training will slowly move away from this and move more into footy stuff.

Cant wait to join team mates such lids, foley and cothin in the midfield group.

Swam the the pier to pub along side other tigers; thursty, angus, meyer, foley and raines.

Cogs will be a big asset to have back on the field. I am not expecting him to be in B&F form this year. We'll see Cogs at his best in 2009.
