Richmond: Matthew Richardson. Few players carry the hopes of their entire team on their shoulders in the way that Richo has to, coupled with the expectations of success-starved supporters. The back injury to Ottens only adds to the pressure. Unstoppable at his best, but his body is suspect to injury. Is very much a confidence player and when his confidence is low, his accuracy suffers. Has too many attributes to be restricted to the goal-square and often moves out to half-forward. 70 goals would be a huge return, given his recent history.

The 'Coleman' is for the most goals scored in the AFL in a season. I think season 2003 has already been decided though. It wasn't Pettifer. Wont be Pettifer this year either.

To this date our top 4 goadl kicker are: Petts 19. Richo 19, Simmo 14 and Hyde 11

It is unlikely that hyde will win it and Simmo has the dual role of ruck and forward which makes it harder for him to win. Therefore its likely to be out of the other 2. Pleased to say that we have developed from 2003 and we are currently winning games without richo in the team.

My bet: Richo 2006 club goal kicking leader not coleman
