Complete set of clash jumpers

I think ours is better than most, it still uses our original front and back just with added yellow on the sides which dosent look that bad compared to port's and the bulldogs. Jumpers with mostly white look crap! once they start playing in a muddy game and the dirt sticks to them the white and brown with grass stains are going to look an eyesore on TV and in the crowd.

Can't wait til the footy starts!!! GO TIGES!

Ours is just OK, I think we went too plain but in this case the club was on a hiding to nothing and did enough to appease the members and the AFL.

Still think that most teams including us are living in the past. The AFL was weak on this one - every team should of had a predominantly white clash jersey.

Why should you change your jersey if you don't clash with anyone?

Ours is OK, not a huge amount of brain cells devoted to the "alternative" design, obviously.

Geelong's is a cheap knock-off (emphasis on cheap, looks much worse in their colours) of our old claw jumper we used to wear in the pre-season comp. I loved our version, and would love to see it come back to be used as our alternative strip, but with the black back, it probably wouldn't solve the problems of clashing jumpers (not sure the current clash strip does that, in any case).

I'm not against the idea of an alternative strip, but I strongly believe if it is to be done, it needs to be done properly and so the alternative needs to be easily distinguished from the usual affair. I love the Tiges' jumper, but let's face it, clubs have changed jumper designs a number of times in the past and retained their core identity. A genuine alternative strip is not going to make any club anything different from what it is today or was years ago.

Why don't the Swans wear their South Melbourne jumper (Pre-1986) with the red "V" when they play in Melbourne?

I am sure their "South Melbourne" supporters would appreciate that.

It is very interesting to read that "Jumper Web Page".

Looking at the University jumper, could the next team that relocates or enters the AFL use that design to retain a bit of heritage?.

Maybe the Southport Kangaroos?

Most of the clash jumpers look bloody ordinary, ours included.
Would love to see the Dees and Crows both accidentally wear their clash jumpers against one another. Reckon they'd have no idea what was going on.

I must be alone here, but i'm glad ours is still distinctly a Richmond jumper and not a gaudy bastardised gimmicky mock-up.
