Voted best on ground on telly and wins a tv. Great game Lids. :clap

Agree, I had him best.

Was very clean with the ball, got the ball at pace, used his pace to burn people heading towards goal, not moving sideways, tackled hard, helped as third man up.

Pretty much the complete game.

Its noticeable how in the past couple of weeks he has stepped up the defensive side of his game.

Jacko had 32 possies but they weren't quality like Lids were.

Agree. Had some shocking turnovers. Was serviceable but not damaging.

That is music to my ears. Still hold out hope that he can shake off a tag regularly. Although having said that, he has been having more influence during the latter stages of games recently. So he is eventually tiring his opponent out. Would welcome a more even spread through the match ie less quiet periods. Not that I'm picky...

Actually thought it was one of Jacko's better efforts and one of his passes in the second quarter was a bullet.

However this is a Lids thread and I think he stepped up tonite. Clever play by TW to move him back early after copping a hard tag and he seemed to relish a bit of room, gained confidence and there was no looking back.

His disposal stamps him as all class.

Great game, broke the lines and was very clean. Maybe having Cogs in the guts took the pressure of him getting his own ball? Also enjoyed Ritchies game tonight, went in hard and straight, good to see him respond.

How good was that 60 mtr kick from the d50 that hit it's target (cant remember who) bang on the chest. You can't teach that.

Hmmmmm

I'm not trying to be a darksider - perhaps TV didn't do his game justice - but I believed he was very quite in the first half (can't handle a tag?) - and yes - he improved in the last half (very much so)

But man of the match was NAHAS!!!!!!!

Won the game when it was in the balance!!!!!!!!

Lifted when the team needed a lift!!!!!!!!!!

Led by example!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well done Lid's - but softish accolades if you ask me.

Sorry.

Looks great when he backs himself, runs the lines and delivers a spot on pass - all class

Excellent game by Lids. Did all the things that he needs to do week-in-week-out to be an elite AFL player: run hard straight down the ground, 60m lace out passes, tackled hard, kicked goals. :clap
