These three guys will have to become important players in our spine. I can't see too much of what is out there that can give us a spark and optimism. We need to tell these kids that they will be thrown into the deep end. We've tried and retried alot of the players still running around!
Richo is and has always been a star. He just needs to play a little further from goal to fully utilise his pace.

Personally I would like to see them play for a lot of the season at Coburg. If they show they are deserving of a spot towards the end of the season then give them 5 or 6 games.

I think that a part of the problem we have had is playing the kids to soon and they get smashed and struggle to find any confidence when they come back. Let them build up in the lower league first.

I would let them believe they belong before convincing them they belong when they initially thought they may not belong!

Bring them in when they are ready. Too bad if it means dropping a fading light. If these kids are as good as we are told then they should be able to take the spots they earn. If it means bumping off a Bowden or Johnson then so be it. The kids are the future not the old hacks who have diminishing skills and only look classy when they are out on the flanks and under no pressure.

We need more of these kids to gel and build a real team not a team of has beens.

Gourdis is a long way off. I actually think he could break Casserleys record before he is ready for the 1st team - no joke.

He is very very raw.

I have seen the clips of him. I don't believe he is raw!

Agree 100%

They should all play the year out for Coburg.

They need to play in a team with a winning culture who also has a game plan. :hihi
