Amazing game. I thought the renegades had a few chances to take the game away from the Strikers (e.g. after each of those two dropped skied catches) but seemed to put the queue in the rack, thinking they'd done enough damage for the over or something.

Like using the 'slow it down' hands when your team has kicked the last 3 goals. Momentum is everything and dropped catches are a gift.

The Renegades blew it really after being gifted some dropped catches. The Strikers last batting over ended up being very important.

I would give White the flick if I was the Renegades list manager.

The Renegades had a player who smacked 25 off about 5 balls a couple of games ago. Who was he and how come he is not playing more?

And why was Head allowed to play but not Richardson.

Beau Webster 25 off 5? Tassie lad. ;D

Reckon Head wasn't picked for Aus XI but Richardson was.

Ok thanks. Webster hey, I like the cut of his job. Dunno why he hasn't played more.

Hopefully Hobart can win the final.

Really looking forward to the T20 between Aust and the Kiwi's. The Kiwi's are a very good side but i like the side that Aust have picked especially the batting.
Great to see Agar in the side he's a very good all rounder.

What was i saying about the Kiwi's being a good side :D they're 4/40 after 8 overs.

They have been going ok in ODIs , not so much 20 20

Good win by the Aussies last night with a well balanced side. Good bowling from Stanlake, Tye and Agar, i thought Carey was very impressive with the gloves.
The Aussie's will win more games than they lose with a batting lineup of Warner, Short, Lynn, Maxwell, Carey, Stoinis and Agar.

The big question last night raises for me, is the future selection of bowlers.
Are Starc, Hazelwood and Cummins walk up starts for the T20 world Cup?
I'd prefer we stick with Richardson, Tye and Big Billy who seem to have mastered 20/20 bowling strategies.

How pathetic are CA to pander to Ten and put the final on early just so it can server as a lead in to the stupid celebrity show!

Bad scheduling. I turned on at 7 only to find the game virtually over!

Mundine meeting Green on the show was too important for these morons. Biggest anti-climax and setup as you could ever think.

Farce in South Africa , India need 2 runs to win in a one dayer, and umpires called for the lunch break
WTF

With Short coming back into the side why the hell did the Hurricane's open with Paine and Short, surely after what Wade did in the semi against the Scorchers they had to open with him again.

There were concerns over Wade's fitness, the commentary mentioned him spending time in the rooms. He was padded up ready to go, but then apparently had to visut the loo and batred a spot later.
