Another invaluable innings from Tassie Tim Paine last night.

Could prove crucial in the washup of this test.

It also reminded leysy of the pearl of wisdom from the "oracle" :hihi

But your boy has been set up to fail. Not intentionally of course. But he,ll be out of the side before this Ashes series is over.

Great fightback from Starc and Hazelwood both picking up a wicket each straight after the tea break, 4/155.

Yep, a bad call that comes second to the football guru who said this about Jack Graham (who kicked the most goals in the granny....)

Dreaming.

Zero chance of playing one's this year let alone after two games.

Oh Losing Days... :rofl

Not to be sensationalist about player behaviour, but imagine the uproar if an Australian player had done what Rabada did ... to their captain !!!

Yep that’s why he has to go. It was very stupid. And he already has prior form.

It’s a shame if he does get suspended as I want us to beat them without any excuses.

Saffies 7/263 So only 20 runs ahead, hopefully we can quickly clean up the last 3.

I didn't think there looked to be too much in it. I though Rabada tried to pull his shoulder out of the way just before there was very slight contact. Perhaps it's because of the verbal he gave Smith.

you could ask what Smith was doing half way down the wicket. Rabada was running towards he team mates.

I reckon Warner was very lucky, his behaviour was a lot worse than this IMO, though i do understand Rabada's history.
hope he gets off.

Don’t blame the victim, Smith was half way down the wicket to talk to Marsh about the referral. Rabada instigated contact.

Why do you hope the serial offender gets off?

Though I’m no fan of Warner , the Sonny Bill masks wore by South African officials has to be one of the more childish acts I’ve seen in world sport by officials, Flogs .

AB DeVilliers plays a different game to most others. Has all the time in the world.

A fabulous cricketer.

Look out - Toothless couldn't take his faux pas on the chin like a man. Surprise Surprise. :hihi

Correct. But you’ve had far more experience in “faux pas” so you’re far better at taking it than I. :blah

No we won't. S.Marsh gone. Game over.
Their bowling is so much more incisive than ours.
Our blokes rely too much on vertical movement and that requires a helpful pitch more than their lateral movement does.
Can't see us winning another test here. 1-3 loss coming up.
