For me he's a class opener and plays far better when pace is on the ball and is a far weaker player of spin hence why the last 2 ODI's he's been taken by Rashid. I don't really understand why he as the most experienced opener is pushed down the order to a position that he isn't familiar with.

Really disappointing, probably the two worst from nine's team.
 
Loved Ian Healy as a cricketer. Shocking in the commentary box. I hope 7 don’t give him a role.
 
Australia all out 205. I know we are a shadow of the best team we used to be but this innings was just gutless. I don’t expect us to beat England but at least try, this team has chucked in the towel.
 
Given that we had collapsed to 5/72 in the 9th, we didn't do too bad to recover to 5/158 in the 16th.
But the game was pretty much over when they got to 0/95 half way through the 9th over.
 
Justin Langer is a genius, he's got Aaron Finch opening!!!!!
Why the hell he had him batting down the order in ODI's in England is any ones guess.
Aust 0-60 after 5 overs in the T20 against Zimbabwe, Finch is 45 off 20.

Said the same at the time. Finch is a big hitter off pace bowling, made no sense bringing him into the middle order when spin take those middle overs when he was likely to be batting. Really strange decision. Been smashing it since back to the top of the order in T20's and the last ODI against England.

Yes it was a strange decision, Finch 106 no of 51, Aust 0- 149 off 14 overs.

Thanks Jazz. Stokes should be locked up really. In a way similar to Pat Cronin in that the guy trying to break things up gets whacked.
