Those blokes were proven first class players before they were picked, he is not. Also, Hayden was in and out (mostly out) for seven years before he solidified his spot. Eight years for Langer. Even Ponting was in and out for four years and everyone knew how great he was going to be.craig said:
Gotta get rid of the Marsh Brothers ASAP ..never to play for Australia again ( any form of cricket if we want to move forward ). Shaun has been a resonable bat but age has caught up with him . CA Really only have themselves to blame, for far too long they've allowed the NSW cricket mafia to rule the game, it seems that if you come from NSW you have a far better chance of getting a game for Australia than if you play for any other state.
A glaring example is Glenn Maxwell, who's a far better player than Khawajar ( Maxie is a better batsman, fielder & can bowl) but Khawajar keeps getting played, where Maxie has been told " you have to prove yourself"
There are plenty more examples throughout the years too.
Please spare me.
I find it extremely frustrating.
