Given the kiss of death this thread permeates, i'll say North will make 7 runs, 3 singls and a dodgy french cut
 
I read on CricInfo that when North comes in with the score less than 150, he averages 7.

That doesn't bode well...

Dunno about Watson...... in my day openers were supposed to see off the new attack and the new ball. They were supposed to take the edge off everything for the middle order. Watson always does that.

Agree. Whilst it would be good if he converted a few more, he is definitely fulfilling his role as opener.
 
Haddin and Hussey have to drag us out of trouble yet again.

5/156 is well short of where we need to be.

These two will need to make the bulk of the runs...not much batting to come.

I reckon we will be lucky to get 300, and if that is the case, we are well behind the 8 ball in this match.

Agree,once one of these 2 are out the wickets will tumble.
