Paine, Kawahja, Mitch Marsh, MacDonald, Fergusson, Bailey, Blizzard, Starc, Smith, Birt, Hazelwood, theres options out there use them

Young pace bowling stocks thin due to injury , Aizlewood , Starc , Pattinson all long term injuries so perhaps George , Copeland & a couple of the Tassie quicks , who’ve taken stacks of Shield wickets lately , else may be forced consider older guys like Swan , Cameron , Christian , McDonald along with Hilfenaus & Johnson . Would only take Harris & Siddle (of the bowlers) to Perth.

Just throwing up names of blokes i know have done well.
Interesting re Birt and Bailey too whats happened there.
Are there any other decent alternative leggies available? I don't really follow Sheild these dyas.IanG said:I wouldn't, clearly not up to it IMHO.
Navy Days said:The tassie boys are Faulkner & Butterworth who have been in excellent form.
Faulkner is only 20 & has an excellent record as an allrounder averaging something like 25 with the bat & 20 with the ball in his career in the shield. But not ready for test cricket though.
If the pitch will seam Butterworth could though. Gets very good movement. With him batting at No 8 it would really stiffen the lower order as well.
Cameron is one that could be promoted if he performs in the current shield match.
