I reckon it was a fair use of the laws as they are set out, they used a tactical review and it came off. Make a change and players will game it, it is the nature of sport.

The sooner they get rid of players being able to question the umpire's decision and just make the technology available on the umpire's request, the better.

Yep, totally agree.

I wonder if any team, anywhere, has lost three Tests by an innings in one series.
Even when we routinely flogged the poms in the 1990s and early 2000s they weren't as bad as we are now.

At home no less. :-\

You know things are tough in Aussie cricket when the most we can get excited about is a rookie making 30 odd and the seasoned opposition bats are regularly making hundreds.

Noticed Tim was very quiet after navy's previous bet. :rofl

I did enquire with Mr Baillieu to endorsing a public holiday for you actually getting a bet right but he declined.

Anyway, explain to us again how there's very little between these 2 teams :rofl

This is just *smile*ed up today. My god we need changes at the top.
An appropriate way for the series to draw to an end. There can be no hiding from just how low we have sunk.

Navy is not scared to back his opinion & whether its cricket or footy gets some right but pegged this series wrong. No question.

Make a pretty bland forum if everyone sat back & knocked the few that have an opinion & back it with reasoning.

But some seem to continually like doing just that. ;)

You have my full admiration Navy. Putting forth your opinions, predictions and bets time after time and continually getting them wrong but you get up off the canvas and go again! Brilliant stuff, PREs very own Charlie Brown. :'(

& you have navy's full admiration for being the No 1 stalker on the net that obviously has nothing better to do than go on PRE & go straight to navy's profile page to see what he has posted. ;)

This test provides a great opportunity ofr a couple of young players to really show their Test mettle.

Hughes and Khwaja have got all the time in the world to knuckle down and have a good bat. We can't win, but we can certainly save it, and these guys can do it for us.
