Your guess is as good as mine mb.

He's played about 4 20/20 games in 3 months so hardly overplayed.

Would have thought getting as much cricket into him as possible before the world cup would be the smart thing to do.
ls he injured ?

Not to navy's knowledge. CA defo told Tas they couldnt play Paine in last weeks match so assume its the same here.

They must think those handful of 20/20 games he's played in the past 3 months have overtaxed him. :spin

Young bloke bowling 140 plus clicks for NSW showing a bit in his first game with 3 wickets in his first 3 overs

Patrick Cummins Phil?

Played a few T20 games now. Huge talent. Is only 17 to boot. Has excellent pace already.

Looks a stress fracture waiting to happen though to Navy. Hopefully he avoids that curse.

Did my money on Tassie but recouped it by backing NSW.What has happened to Dave Warner,he's nowhere near as agressive as he was.

Not Tassies night tonight MB. Not sure why Paine isnt allowed to play seeing as he has missed so much cricket & isnt currently in the Aus team.

They have decided to rest him from State duties so he can work with Troy Cooley in the nets.

Yeah thats him Navy. He looked very impressive for a 17 year old, and bowled with a bit of pace too. Did not look out of place amongst the big boys at all.

Despite Greg Chappell only being on the selection panel a short time in my view he's as useless as the other selectors.Listened to him on SEN & it was like listening to Hilditch.Harford went too easy on him also.

Greg Chappell

A great Australian batsman

An ordinary captain

A less than ordinary coach

We'll see how he goes as a selector!
