Yes they have been lucky but the bowling has been really bad. Lee,Tate and Johnson were just bowling rubbish.
Kresja is just not an international quality bowler imo.

Yeah, sure was dumb by Smith. Cant say the crowd was so loud he coudnt hear Ponting! But that was a terribly petulant act from an experienced captain.

Has anyone else had their opinion of Ponting soured by his inability to accept he is past his peak? I used to love Ponting, but he is continuing on, like he is still playing well. Then stories of discussions about him dropping down the order, terminated after 2 minutes. And smashing TV sets after being run out.

Ponting will always be remembered as one of the best player's. But a great player that played on well past his use by date.
