Its a bit of a worry Leysy and being a wicketkeeper the poor bloke's hands don't get much respite.

Can this be true? Have a good look at the Indian scorecard.

Not a good sign of things to come.

That is an old fashioned flogging! None of the aussie bowlers got under an economy rate of 10 rpo...in a odi :o

Dilley saved his best for the Aussies. Was up the other end for much of Bothams innings at Headingley in 1981 and ripped through us in the 86/87 ashes series.

I can't get into 20/20, but can someone who saw the game tell me this.

Kohli gets man of the match for hitting 84 off 49 balls.

Warner smacks 123 NO out 68 balls, and Chris Gayle balsts 92 off 41 in the same game.

Indeed after a slow ish start, Warner hit 112 of 54 balls. And he bacame the first player to get back to back 20/20 tons.

Hometown decision?

Luke Butterworth having a good game for Tas v. WA, runs and wickets, must be chance for higher honors.

His performances are getting hard to ignore Bigwow. Was dominant in the shield last year.

Most likely i dunno why people are engaged with this *smile* its ruining the game of cricket. Sub continental cricket has destroyed the game its as corrupt as it gets always has been always will be

Always thought he'd be a star. Surprised he hasn't won international honours yet.

Remember an Under 17 or Under 19 national carnival match where he took 10+ wickets scored a double century and a century - or something ridiculous like that. Was a one man team for 4 days - literally won the game on his own. Tassie v Vic IIRC. Sure someone here will have the stats.

Who's this Evan Gulbis dude from Vic that Tasmania have recruited?

A lazy 4-8 from 5 overs to swing the game & earn man of the match honours on debut. Good effort young fella.

If there is anywhere that a cricketer will be given opportunity & confidence to get the most out of themselves its in the Tasmanian cricket setup.

Players grow a leg under Coyle, Marsh, Bailey, Divenuto et al.

Pat Cummins has been added to the Test squad which is good to see.

With him and James Pattinson, we have a couple of good prospects in the pace bowling department.

Add Heazlewood & Faulkner amongst some others & we actually have a really good group of talented young pacemen.

Spin bowling & batting is where the current weaknesses lie.
