Gutted we won't get to see Cummins rattle a few ageing Indian cages on Boxing Day, maybe not at all. Hope he gets back for Perth. Jan 13-17 so probably not.
One of our really good up & comers.Real shame.

Sehwag has made 219 in a 50 over game and was out in the 47th over! I guess he was always a good chance to hold the record.

I watched a bit of it and whilst he played unbelievably well he could have been out 3 times before he got to 100. Gave a relatively easy C&B chance and even the shot he played to reach 100 went straight through gully's hands. I guess you need luck to get a score like that.

Windies didn't look very interested to me.

Heres hoping we will the toss and bowl in the test today.

The wicket looks like it has been mown on the outfield...very green.

Another 5fer for Pattinson, what a start to his career. Pathetic effort from NZ though.

Yep, as others have said things will be a lot more difficult against the Indians.

I expected the Kiwis to show more mettle than they have thus far in the series.

Still, we are yet to bat and our batting is prone to collapse too.

I get the feeling that our bowlers aren't going to find the Indians as easy as this. And Starc is pie chucker.
Agree, might as well send New Zealand home, they are a joke.

Buh bye Hughes that has got to be the end for the moment. Needs to go back to Shield cricket.
Has a major technical flaw, until he sorts that out he's no good for test cricket.

It is patently obvious that Hughes has a technical flaw in his batting.

But I am far more concerned about his temprament and its suitability to test cricket.

He needs to relax and get better concentration. He ha the baility, but unless he gets his head in the right space, he will not make the grade.

He is starting to remind me of a young Matthew Hayden. Can dominate at domestic level, but the step up to test level is far more challenging.

Like Hayden early in his career, Hughes has to go back to domestic cricket and work his butt off to fix his game. And it is going to start with his mental approach to things.

Hughes has got to go now, no more excuses. Cowan to come in for the India series unless Watson or Marsh are fit. Another ton for him today against NSW, so thats 3 in his last 3 first class games.

Where does Uzzy bat for NSW? He might be able to open.

That Chris Martin must be the worst bat since Jimmy Higgs.

Couldn't be worse than Bruce Reid
