In summary i can see a new changing of the guard. Where Sarge will realise his true potential and be a very good target up forward especially with browny and richo taking the best backman each week sarge should be able to shine.
I can see tambo and lids taking the next step up as well.If this happens we'l see some exciting if not electrifying footy played thru the midfield.If Foley as expected goes up another gear as expected all of sudden the midfield has a new look to it.
I still see 2007 as a transitional year. A year where the younger boys grow in confidence and size and maybe play a bit of finals and get some confidence going into 2008.
Every year about this time we all get a bit optimistic but i think we can be reasonabley confident the list is changing for the better and the boys are turning into men of quality.
some players that could provide the x factor or be gone at the end of the year;
Daniel Jackson, Harts,Moore,Howat. Would love to see them all step but have my doubts on a couple of them.
Harts if he learns to relax a bit and not try do the spectactular thing by beating half the field and putting himself under pressure when disposing of the ball. If he can do this he'l be invaluable dashing out of the backline with raines doing the same.
Jacko, because of his late start to footy, is worth persevering with, but this year would be a good time to find a role for him.Will be an interesting year to watch what wallace does with him.
Howat i'm sure will come on to the list and just continue where he left off last year.
Moore, he would know he's very lucky to be still on the list.If he makes it would be handy as a third tall down back.

I think 2007 will be a good year but I see the premiership a little out of our reach. Most PREnders will be surprised how much the younger brigade will develop over '07. I have no doubt that we will at least be top 4 in 08, potentially premiership challengers.

My pre-season predictions didn't exactly pan out as expected but it's fun too look back and see who was close to the mark and who (me ;D ) was miles away.

I dare say Rosie,that not one person would have picked every question correctly! :) I know i didn't!
