- Said he is going great this pre-season
- Lost a lot of weight in his leg and had to build up the muscle again all last year
- Feels shattered for Luke Darcy
- First injury he has suffered, came as a real shock, he got really negative
- Said Soliman was holding a lot of punches back, but Dave still copped a good one
- Boys went well in the swim, D-rod borrowed a wetsuit, finished 7th
- Intention is to make finals, good mix of young and senior players

Sorry about the delay, first week back in a school and people actually expect me do some work.
anyway not much to add from stu's report except...
D-Rod said that the Tom Roach blood nose was from an earlier bout with one of the other young lads and not from Soliman. A good thing methinks.
