It was one of the pressers on RFC website during the week mentioning that if he and the players don't gel, he would leave (i.e. shouldn't be coach). Just reading between the lines.

How much of this fall is Dimma's fault? Impossible to say from the outside. I just hope he isn't scapegoated for poor player performance. It's obvious we haven't got the cattle.

He's been there 5 years and were going backwards
Roos takes over Dees they're competitive in 3 months Hinkley takes over Port they're top of the ladder
We don't play as a team and his favs are never held to account
Soft wick can't get the players up for the big games they look totally flat as the coach he takes the blame for poor performance

Yeah he is no doubt a good bloke and all that but has no idea on how to get the best from young men.

Even a junior coach wouldve dragged Rance for that. There is no repercussions if you stuff up at the moment.

Seriously, where is the accountability? What is the point of beavis just shakimng his head and doing nothing? A coach like Malthouse or Clarkson wouldve given him a bollocking.

It's all his fault he is the top dog
He built this team with a bunch of hacks and I has been found out
I would be happy if I could find 3 or 4 new players in the team that could take us forward as a team
No shining lights here and no positives

It would seem to me that Hardwick has lost the players ... or the players have lost Hardwick.
Either way, it ain't working which ever way you look at it.

Need a hard arse coach that comes in and make the hard decisions
We have players that have been in the system for a long time that are not up to the standard
