Re: Damien Hardwick

If the rumour of him and choco having a massive fight and the players are divided by #teamdimma or #teamchoco - he needs to go

Re: Damien Hardwick

2 more years under this bloke, with this game plan, will destroy all the good work the club has done off field, i.e. members, sponsors

i just can't see any future atm under hardwick

i for one cannot/will not put up with weak pathetic efforts being dished up any more. I'm done

for richmond to have lost as passionate a member as me says a lot about how bad they have been.

Re: Damien Hardwick

Skill errors cost us full credit to essendonds pressure

He should just make a recording of himself and play it each week

Re: Damien Hardwick

You finished 5th in 2013, missed out on 4th by 2 points.

You in season 2014 have allowed us to go backwards with a game plan that can only be described as 'average' at best.

You fail to recognise with the rest of the RFC coaching and recruiting team that we are slow, old and have no succession planning in place to become a force.

The scars of September 2013 will always remain.

We do have some shining lights, but the burnt out, injury proned, skill-less players that we continually recruit and trade for have made us a laughing stock.

Wow, we beat Brisbane, Carlton and GWS......

The time to stand up and say we are not good enough and things need to change is now. it starts with some major changes.

Dimma, your time is up.

Need a hard arse coach that comes in and make the hard decisions
We have players that have been in the system for a long time that are not up to the standard

Vossy is mad, angry and has a point to prove

Re: Damien Hardwick

Agreed, be a man and walk, port adelaide and melbourne both basket cases, look what's happened with decent coaches. IMO it may be the team of coaches, do we miss lepper and Campbell that much?

Is that on PRE TF? Interested to read it.

It's on this video from 4:20. http://www.richmondfc.com.au/video/2014-05-29/hardwick-press-conference-may-29th

"There's facets of my coaching that I can improve, the day I stop coaching, is the day I probably get out of the game. End of the day I ask my players to improve on a weekly basis, I've gotta do the same. If I don't (improve), I'm doing my players an injustice"

He knows it, players know it. It's just time. My point is that at least he's honest enough to admit he has to improve compared to any other coach I've heard.
