Re: Damien Hardwick

Reality is we have a coach that is not up to it. He's just not a good coach. It happens. Not like the first time we've botched up the coaching appointment. What's the big deal? The club just has to realise they got it wrong (again) and keep trying until they get it right. There's no point crying over spilt milk.

Re: Damien Hardwick

Won't change a thing, the players we have are still the same dud players.

The coach has lost them with a game plan they just can't handle.

In my book its time for Hardwick to go plus a serious clean out of the playing list needs to be
done once again with the focus on YOUTH.

Hope it was the players giving it to Hardwick

So the payers should get off so lightly and have no responsibility? What a joke,. Hardwick still has credits in the bank after the last 4 years. He earns the rift to try to get us out of this.

The club stood up for this guy last week and endorsed that he is the guy for the job
Maybe the club is unrealistic in its expectations for the future
What happened to gales goal of 75000 members continued finals success and a flag within 5 years
This plan looks to be a long long way away

You watch, he ll stay around for another 18 months. we are too scared to cut coaches now.

Plus hardwick is a 'good guy', the media stick up for him.

bad situation. :-[

No I wouldn't but some think he's a man of his word that if he can't improve or loses players respect he will walk fact is he wont

Yep. I reckon it's Benny Gale who hasn't got the guts to sack, but, I'll say Dimma will step down this season IF we continue like this.

Re: Damien Hardwick

The best we can hope for is a total clean out of the assistants. Peggy, Benny have both stated clearly Dimma is going nowhere.

Dimma has destroyed the team and the players did the rest.

This is going to be a painful 2 years coming up.

Re: Damien Hardwick

Surely he and the rest of the match committee, together with the football board member resigns due to their incompetence so as to avoid any further humiliation.

Re: Damien Hardwick

wont quit...

wont be sacked

Will be the coach in 2015. Lets draw a line on a few players, get more kids in and just keep trying to get it right.
