just announced on fox footy that chris grant's footscray FC record breaking game will be round 18 if he doesn't miss anymore games in the next month. now the doggies traditionally lift for milestone games. and guess who they play in round 18? ::)

Silvagni played his 300th against us and we smashed the blues that day. (And that was under Frawley!)

The Dogs are suspect at the G, and Terry takes no notice of things like milestone games.

Terry also has a long memory and will want revenge for Round 1's debacle.

Remember the "they gave up" quote from a Bulldogs player.

That will be all over the lockers and changerooms come Round 18.

But don't worry our players will cheer Grant off after the Tigers turn the tables! ;D

Yes, he coached them then and now he coaches us. They dont play the G as well as they play the dome as per the weekend. We will bury them at the G bloody wet or dry.

Opposition milestone + Tiger win was such a rare combination we gave Silvagni a guard of honour.

I was at that game and it was just great. We spanked them and at the same time were able to show true respect and sportsmanship.

I hope we can give them something to celebrate with, like a hiding they deserve & hopefully push them out of the 8

Bring it on.

Suppose Sydney will be commemorating Paul William's career, following the announcement of his enforced retirement, when we visit the SCG next week....

Let's face it,there can be milestones each week,if you want & can often be more of a distraction. We just need to focus on what we need to do,how we want to play.

I wouldn't be too worried about the Dogs at the 'G.
They showed their true colours against the Roos. They were always going to be suspect there. Too soft for such a big stadium.

Thanks for the support, but didn't they beat the Eagles at Subiaco, a monster of a ground.

he won't be playing though

I know this thread is old, but it suits the purpose.

Another Milestone game on the weekend.

Isn't it Benny's 250th soon too? Oh, just checked, if he plays this weekend it will be his 250th. Against the Swans.
