We also look to have some capable assistants in Caracella & Clarke.

Pity it took so long for Benny to listen to wiser heads than his.
Like" putting the right people in the right positions".

One would have thought that one of the AFL's most highly paid CEO's could have figured that out for himself.
But we are Richmond.
It will be a slow process but gradually the cloggers throughout the club will fall by the wayside.
Next year we will finish well down the ladder which will turn up even more heat on the cloggers.
I'm anticipating some big changes in 2018.

How do you know it wasn't DR/BH who knocked back Motlop and brokered the deals?
Or is it just because you and others find these two players as being welcome additions someone else gets the credit. Maybe it's because DR/BH are on the nose with quite a few (probably with some justification) that no one can give them the credit due but give it to Balme.

If we run out with a different game plan in round 1, who do you reckon will be the architect of that ,Hardwick or Caracella?
