He was able to get a few clearances when it really counted to help seal the win.....Andrew raines was also very good!

Him and Raines will be the grunt in the midfield. Raines' 2nd half assured me he is a midfielder.

When these two play well, the side generally plays well! They seem like barometers.

Thought it might have been man Richmond drafted to add some hardness to the lineup, one Jordy McMahon, running back with the flight of the ball in the centre in the third quarter.....gutsy effort (surprisingly!) after that, Richmond started to get well on top

Good point..I was a little surprised by that...Tambling also showed glimpses of courage. He is on the way to being a star.

I've been struggling to pick a number for the back of my new jumper (The last one I had was Otto's when i was 11) and I know Rainesy is my PRE moniker, but Jacko sealed it tonight. His courage and determination, he's tough and he has heart and I, quite frankly, love him. Twice he came off bleeding tonight after putting his head down and his body on the line. So when I get my new jumper for my birthday, I'll be getting the mighty 23 as well.

Well done Jacko. (Great goal too :P)

i thought Browns movement into the midfield proper was what started our comeback. He's such a good user of the ball and wallace used him beautifully tonight too.

He didnt leave him in the forward line for too long. He will get better as the season goes on and bwoy wont htat be good.

Kudos to Jacko though too.

Good thing he did! 2 times in the first half he pulled out. ;)

Look I like Jacko, this he is tough and a quite intelligent user of the ball.

But he's just not that good a tagger at the moment, his opponent sees too much of the ball and Jacko doesn't get enough of it. He has only played a few games where he has even broken even with his opponent for disposals. But he is still learning the trade, there is plenty of potential there.

Agree there is plenty of potential and upside to jacko's game. He is a good long term proposition as a tagger and only needs time and experience to develop.

Early on, judd had not had a touch and jacko was getting the clearances :clap

Think that goal he kicked in the first 30 secs of the last quarter turned the game actually.

Outside 50, went through post high. The boy has a thumping kick.

Jacko has turnd his career around when he looked all but gone.Well done to him. Will turn out to be a good player

Agree DDT. Dan did well on the elite of the elite tonight. Juddy might not have been fit as people claim, though to me if you're out there you're fit, but he still has the footy brain and smarts to compensate for a bit of puff.

Dan did very well on him while at the same time inspiring our team by getting up off the deck and carrying on, getting the ball and clearing it and kicking that long goal.

I think people are very picky if they want to hang it on Daniel's game last night. I'm very proud of the boy I adopted the day we drafted him.

Blood oath Rosy. He was tough too, copped plenty of blocks, some hard bangs and just wanted to keep playing. He's got plenty to learn, but he's willing, got some good skills and has some pluck. Well done mate.
