Yet Krakouer gets 100 senior games for minimial return ???

Krakouer is not a good comparison. He's a better player than Danny and is on the verge of being delisted.

For all the ragging he cops at least Andy has dominated in games at the lower level this year. Meyer has struggled to make any impact hence his scattering of senior opportunities.

We can and should look past both these players.
sheesh you are going to get into me for saying this oldie. i agree with you. we dont want any of our players becoming krakouers 7yrs very little return should have been turned over 4 yrs ago. we dont want the same thing to happen with meyer.

we have 4 retirees i think at least 5 more have to go plus howat. if that means meyer so be it i would get rid of the older failures first though. atm he right on the cusp.

I think i must be one of the only ones who hopes he stays.

There is atleast 4 more on top of the 4 who have already gone that should go before him.

But if we can get a trade for someone like Douglas from adelaide i would probably take it.

Just hate seeing players like Meyers with all the ability in the world, but the heart of a split pea. I was a big wrap for this kid early and thought he was gonna be a star, but he just has failed to produce.

His best game of his career was of the HBF against Geelong. If we can't trial him in that spot then might as well cut him.

He seems to get lost a bit further up the ground so putting him behind the ball and marking someone may just be the tonic he needs. Might make the game a bit simpler. He does seem to have pretty good defensive skills as well.

I agree he should stay, would get nothing for him come trade time so wouldn't hurt to see how he turns out when he fully develops.

Yes.

Willing to try anything to keep this kid. There is an x factor with this kid but he needs to pull his finger out and decide its the tigers or bust.

One year contract to see what he can do.

Up to you Danny.
