Hopefully with some game time & a good coaching panel behind him, he will finally reward those that picked him in the first place.
The biggest problem with the young players of the last few years, they have been thrown into the seniors with no game plan, then when they look like they might be starting to perform they end up on the pine for long periods of time. So all I can gather from this, the young players end up confused & lacking confidence in their own abilities, which then leads to supporters also losing faith in these players. Whereas you have players like Tivendale, Chaffey & the likes who have had plenty of oppurtunity & plenty of ground time & seem to struggle at the highest level. If D-Rod is given his oppurtunity over the next couple of seasons & does'nt grab it with both hands, I will be the first to stand up & say it's time to go, until then I will support the kids who have not had there oppurtunity to show whether they can play at this level or not.
