One of the things GM mentioned at our recent pie-night was that Dean Limbach was a big improver.
Dean's 2004 at Coburg was well below what he's capable of. In the practice matches of the preseason he looked like he wanted to be somewhere else, maybe eating potato chips. Not interested or over-awed, almost certainly the latter.
I guess everybody at the club was thinking that maybe he was just not menatlly equipped for AFL footy on his 2004 preformances. The thing everybody has been looking for from Dean is a genuine belief that he belongs in AFL football.
News just in- "The penny has dropped" says Greg Miller.
If that's right, DL will push for senior selection 2006 IMO.
