Agree on Polo, he has those go-go-gadget arms and more often than not affects a spoil.

Agree on King, as a BP, as he can get taken to the cleaners under a high ball, however I must admit that he has had a good couple of games playing a bit further up the ground. I know he's everyone's favorite whipping boy, but I thought his disposal yesterday was excellent. I wouldn't put a line through him as I can think of 6-8 others that should go before him.

Pretty easy for teams to take advantage of King though. Whoever he goes to in the midfield takes him forward and exposes him in marking contests. Bummers did it yesterday. He'll probably go to Davey next week who would probably be instructed to do the same (or maybe not ;))

I'm still questioning whether backline is the go for him or not? Doesn't offer much run out of defence and is undersized. Whether or not it is a position he can grow in, he has done a decent job at it.

Look at it from this persepctive, Deano has showed he can tag, he is now being played down back, already there are ticks next to his development boxes, I have said all along our list to excel, to cover injuries and to play in positions according to whcih team they face, they need to be versatile.

One of our best on ballers, Nathan Foley is not a versatile player, he cannot play in any position apart from on the ball. This to me is a negative. Since Rawlings has taken over as Caretaker he has been rested or tried up forward, something we never saw from Wallace.

Big tick for Rawlings to push our players out of their comfort zone, eg. Newman playing more up the ground against the Bombers.
