To me, this comment is indicative of where the RFC has been for the last 25 years. Clearly there is no expectation to go to Geelong and win this week. And while supporters may be entitled to feel this way, surely TW and the coaching staff are trying to instil a game plan/mindset where at least the players believe they can go there and win.

According to this, if we get beaten by 20 goals, "it would be a little victory for us". It may have been a flippant remark by Deledio, but I reckon it shows just how low the RFC has fallen.

How do you turn it around? I have no idea but I hope the powers that be down at Punt Road have factored this player negativity into their redevelopment plans.
