what about a trade - Petts for Prismall (draft pick involved to secure the deal)
both have done ACL's and will be out for a while.
Geel could do with another forward with N.Ablett retiring and Pett's would fit in well with a good side. he is a proven goalkicker and if anything is where Geel is lacking. there midfield and defence is the best in the business. turns 27 next year and may have 3-4 yrs left when Geel will still be in that premiership window.
As for us we could use another midfielder. at 22 he still has several years left and he gets a bit of the ball to. next yr will be used to get back from injury with him primed for 2010 and ahead when we will be looking to be a contender.
