Did the VFA have it right?

I have thought for a long time that with the advent of flooding, more interchange players,that maybe the answer to a more fluent game is a 16,no wings side,with the same numbers as current on the interchange bench.Any thoughts?
 
Totally agree, gold1, the easiest and logical rule change to minimise flooding.

But IMO no more rule changes.

(Definitely no more interchange players.)
