distance from goals

That is what happens when you don't move the ball quick enough into the forward line. The opposition has time to flood back and congest, making it extremely difficult to take a mark close to goal.

The nitrous theory to beat the flood is to train EVERYBODY in the team to be able to kick 50 metres plus
a regular basis(the tigers of old could do this)ythatll stuff up the flood and the zone! ;D

Melbourne have been relying on 50m goals all year and it went horribly wrong today, till 3/4 time they hadn't kicked one.
