Our recruting staff are soley responsiby for our defensive problems.
How the hell can they not identify that we desperatley lack key defenders???
Its laughable they believed they could get away with Ray Hall in a defensive post. He tries hard and puts in 100%, but he is not a key defender. It seems everyone can see that except the coaching staff
Gaspar done his knee 3 years ago, and yet no contingency plan has been in place for his successor.
Granted the bad luck with Thursfield, our defence is in shambles, due to the our recruiters inability to identify KEY DEFENDERS
Joel Bowden is not a key defender, it is ridiculous to ask him to play as one. Kellaway is courageous, tough and has given great service, but he is not getting any younger.
Where is the rest of our key defenders. A Gehrig type situation has been threatening for some time, its no suprise he may go on and kick 10+
