Do these things happen?

I was just having a think at the strategies our club use to advertise themselves within the actual players from all 16 clubs. For example, when Polak arrived last year, I know the first thing I would've said.

"Graham so who do you still keep in contact with in Freo?"

Just say he said 'Michael Johnson', we could use Graham to at least get in his ear, to come over or at least contemplate it.

Same as Jack Riewoldt. It just so happens to be Nick is out of contract at the moment, so at family functions, or when they see each other, can't we get Jack to put in a good word or two, at least get inside Nicks head a bit.

I hope this happens, if it dosnt, its a shame.

Browny would be the best person to get in Nicks ear, but Nick will stay a Saint anyway, both Nicks will be there next year.

I know someone who knows Jack's old man pretty well, He said there is no way Nick is gonna leave St. Kilda.
He is very loyal and wouldn't leave even if he wanted to.

Definitely Pav if we're going to make a big play for someone I'd prefer it to be him. Dunno about Dal Santo though, great skills but doesn't get enough of the ball IMHO.
