Do we have the dumbest coaching staff???

I am sure we all bleated that Rodan was the same but in a better team he does not seem to get caught as often.. wonder why.

A team needs to work as a team for team plans to work. Next year cannot come quickly enough.

Not if its the same as this season... :-X

But I agree.
We don't work hard enough as a TEAM. Many times our goals are from individual 'brilliance' so to speak, not from players shepherding and working hard for one another.
There is no hard-running, no talking out on the field....it is very 'passionless'.

Dont underestimate the pyschological effects of losing so many games

...or having a coach predict 2011 as 'the' year to start performing and this fool decides to hold a press-conference every Tuesday to voice his knowledge of the game.... :rofl

With the record we have this season, the press-conferences should have been canned after Round 2 or 3, and have him concentrate on his main employment, which is to coach the RFC.

we expect our players to be full of passion about playing for the club, and here is our senior coach using his position to improve his individual media career. It would be laughable if it wasn't so sad to see where we are on the ladder.

I certainly don't think Terry Wallace is a fool. Not by a long shot.
I do worry however that the players have stopped listening to him, much in the same way many supporters have.

That might be the more accurate spin on it ToO ;D Possibly the "playing out the season mentality" too for some.

Sorry Livers, but you fired a bad one there mate.
