Or do we need our new coach to simply repair the damage that has been done for so long?

I was all for Damian Hardwick to be our new coach, but now I am not so sure.

Malthouse despite his shortcomings has the knowledge and ability to fix this club.

Could Hardwick, Hinkley, Buckley or any other young coach fix us?

I am leaning to Malthouse or even Matthews (if possible) as Wallace's replacement.

The calls for Balme, Sheedy etc to be involved in the clubs hierarchy are also necessary.

The club psyche is akin to an abused dog who cowers with it's tail between it's legs whenever it's let off the chain.

It's going to take a team of pro's to fix this clubs mindset.

Hopefully Malthouse or Matthews could take us all the way, but we need to repair and develop some grey matter first.
