From hiring coaches, recruiting or even the football department does this club ever make a decision that improves the club?. I watch collingwood, an average team list but everything around them is gold. united president & coach and a footy department all moving in the same direction. The Richmond Football Club looks like everyone is trying to make themselves the next Graham Richmond or Ian Wilson. as long as this club bitches about each other, where going no where. A soon as wallace walks out, stories that miller screwed up the recruiting and the board not argeeing on the running of the football department. Then i hear that david king wont stay around next year, so whats the benefit of him staying around? rumours of Phil Egan trying to get on the board. We need leadership from the top, if Gary march cant steer this club in the right direction, then he needs to step aside. Personally we need a Great president, United board, and a Development coach. and then i think the club can get back on track.
