PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum
After watching the Saints smash the Pies and hearing some of the Saints being interviewed on Triple M , i decided on writing this topic and getting some ideas back.
- They spoke about how seeing your team-mates do the little things is infectious and inspires the other players to do the same.
- How it is important to work just as hard when you have the ball, as when you dont. In other words working hard defensively.
- Gut running
- Helping out your team-mate
- Playing for eachother instead of as individuals.
- Hardness at the ball and man.

This has come from the top. Ross Lyon has installed the above non negiotables and so far look at the results. Its only 7 games in but gee wouldnt we like some of the above. !
