After stuffing around for five years after there last grandfinal day (95) they finally got started (2001) building the team that is today about to play in another gandfinal. For the first 3 years there was no finals(01,02,03) but they are now set for the next 5-6 years you would think.

I think terry made a slight error of judgement by not rebuilding Richmond quicker than he did. So all in all dont expect to much from our young guns next year. If terry had come in and did a clean sweep of the playing list when he first arrived i think this would have fast tracked our devolpment a lot quicker but hindsight is a wonderfull thing. I personally may think that he might have got caught up in coaching one of the melbourne powerhouse clubs when he first came on board and may have liked the winning feeling at puntroad even though we didnt play finals we certainly had a new attitude when he first arrived.
