Congratulations to Richo, Simmo and Axel on their selection in the squads. It's a feather in their caps and reward for their good form but I can't help but be a bit wary about the game.
I'm not the biggest fan of any kind of concept game really, and this is really a glorified exhibition match. The injury risks mid-season make me really nervous but I'm sure I'll be glued to the telly just the same.
Does anyone rate this game as the equal to the old state of origin concept or is it more of a money making venture for the AFL pitting the Vics against the best of the rest?
