Did he say YT that it was his fault, ot the clubs' (or someone else altogether)?

He said that it (poor list management) was one of the main reasons that cost him the job at Richmond Football Club and he was implying that he as the coach, was responsible for that. In this instance, he was not passing the buck to anyone else and I believe he was taking full responsibility for the fact that we have few 24 - 27 year old players that should ideally form the nucleus of the RFC at the current time.

There is no doubt in my mind that Spud was saying that if he had his time at RFC over again he would do things differently and learn from his mistakes.

Not that I am advocating for Spud to return to RFC as Senior Coach (2004 was the worst year that I can recall), but I admired his honesty and the fact that he was prepared to say that part of the reason that RFC currently lacks depth and currently lacks quality players in the 24 - 27 year old age group, is because of poor list management on his behalf when coach of the Senior Club.

he said they were stopped at lights and yelled out to richo lead down the middle not along the boundary line and richo yelled out what would you know you *smile*. Before he realised who it was and then said hello to the dud

He is indeed an expert in losing.

Don't know what he said to impress RFC at the interview, but his latest comments prove that the man has a line of *smile* that just won't quit. :smash

Frawdley impressed the interview panel by having a complete dossier on every player and how they would improve. The panel was so impressed that they gave him the job. :help :help :help
Id love to know who appointed the *smile*. :bash
Who were the other applicants I wonder? Must have been between Frawdley, Zig & Zag :crazy :crazy

Stop driving down frawley's value, we want him to coach an opposition club one day.

The only way Frawdley would get a coaching gig is he offered to pay his own salary and even then I dont think there would be any takers.
