while i don't condone use of illicit drugs, i still believe testing for them out of season is an intrusion of privacy and i'm staggered the AFLPA allow it. i have a different opinion of course for performance enhancing drugs...
mental illness is an interesting one... should they be disclosed when a player is on the trade table? i guess it is an intrusion of privacy, but the club would feel they have a right to know if it's gonna affect the players career at the club...
