Listened to the interview on SEN of Adrian Anderson that left me scratching my head.

A player can have 2 strikes against him.
His club offers him up for trade, knowing that one more strike has him banned for 18 weeks, (effectively a season.)
An interested club, because of confidentiality, is not required to be informed of the 2 strikes against that player.
Once the traded player finds his new home, the medical officer in the receiving club is eventually told.
I'm stunned!
How can a contract be valid without adequate disclosure?
Caveat Emptor to all recruiters who have the same names too eagerly offered up.

Understand confidentialities well, deal with them every day, but when a crucial element in a recruiting decision is withheld ...........
