Satire lives!

Whilst it's usually healthy to hear some criticism, darksiders have skewed debate lately through weight of numbers. A modified version of an old racing adage applies to most of us at PRE - TW and co. (bookmakers) have forgotten more about football (racing) than we've learnt.

Darksiders hardly have weight of numbers. In fact I would think it was the opposite. There is barely a darksider in sight these days (Craig excepted).

Maybe, but each darksider possesses offensive powers equivalent to that of many brightsiders. They also have a tendency to inflict multiple strikes, much like a rattlesnake.

At times the harsh truth hurts.

I think the point most people miss is that disagreeing with an RFC decision doen't make you darksider.

People who blindly agree with each and every decision made by the club are as misguided as those who condemn each and every decision.

I read with mirth when posters accuse 'darksiders' of hijacking threads, when its people merely expressing a different views!
If you fall into Craig and his ad nauseum repetitive posts, Claws bloodthirsty expressions(which I confess to enjoying!) and Diggler and Laffs obvious baiting, then you're being played as a sucker.

The rest to me is people expressing different viewpoints and occasionally getting carried away,and by posters who are capable of positive and negitive viewpoints on different subject matter.

I think the majority of people tend to think that there is a massive difference between Eating Our Own or just an honest and frank (good or bad) apprisal of the club and it's issues. And PRE is very good at doing the second one of these two options and should never take the easy option.
