What does the RFC really need to start winning? What do we need to become an actual contender and no longer a pretender?
I am so ashamed to see that clubs like Essendon and Carlton as well as Collingwood and Hawthorn becoming more respected and feared than us. We are the joke of the AFL and Richmond supporters are becoming sick of it.
So what do we need?
A certain player?
Better off field management?
A new coach?
A clear out of players?
