Time to send any player that we will be keeping at the end of the year in for surgery if they need it.
Lets get the op done and there body right before the start of next year.

Agree... This season is a write off. And even though I want the boys to go out and try their hardest, and win if they win, we need to do what's best for next year. So play the youngsters and fix any injuries that require surgery right now, instead of after the season and then having them miss preseason (Cotchin anyone?)

Gee if I was a player I could think of nothing better than to sit out 8 AFL games!

Even better if I was actually going OK in the b&f or if I had endorsements in my contract!

We can't even leave a bloke out of the team with an injured calf.

Planning operations that far ahead would be too hard for the medical staff.

Don't worry about getting players in to surgery...the RFC doctor is doing a great job at the moment.

First Cuz
then Richo
now Axle...has a calf complaint on Friday & then is passed fit by the doc...then SURPRISE, Axel does his calf & misses 3 weeks.

Who do we have as our medical expert - Dr Kavorkian??

A tip for the coaching staff - anything doc recommends, do the opposite.

Hehe, this sort of thread is just ace. Makes me laugh so much. How dare we expect players to get injured, to play hurt or to push on through pain occasionally.

And now we're planning surgery although we have no idea of any player who needs an op. Maybe the hawks are one more loss away from sending in Stuey Dew for the early liposuction too!

;)

Exactly, when will we learn?
