but i did remind them the importance of a big pre season gym wise and that next year they have to up the anti, Hughes, Patto, Limbach, Mcguane. Polo is a gun

Why would you feel the need to remind them to hit the gym?

you think they might have forgotten?

I actually heard from someone who attended the B&F they were hitting the gym each day in Thailand

Dunno what corporate junkets you've been on, but I've been on a lot (I hate to admit) and I haven't seen anything half as bad as some footy teams and what they get up to. In fact just got back from one of those corporate junkets this week. Hamilton Island. 450 people. Not one distasteful incident. Not one.

Aint life a bugger when you get old and unfit. After a long day, a big meal and a few nice reds one does not have that raw animal energy left anymore to go rip-tearing around until the wee small hours.

Jeez I miss the good old days when 24 hours in the days was never enough :P

I heard on the Coodabeens this morning that not 1 of the 16 clubs had an official end of season trip.  All club's had players making their own arrangements, going in small groups or with their partners etc.

Was reported in HUN yesterday that no team had an end of season trip, dont know what they clarify as a offical trip as Essendon had 30 players in Phuket 2 weeks ago.

Tigers offically went away yesterday, all to the Cranbourne Races.
