Chelsea just need Hull to beat Arsenal on Monday for the title, and the Foxes.....geez....rock bottom a month ago, and now 5 out of 6 wins (with the 1 loss to Chelsea) are going to virtually save themselves from relegation with an easy win over Richmond's long lost brother Newcastle.

;D

Newcastle really does = Richmond in Collingwood jumpers.

Interesting to see if Hull or Newcastle get relegated tonight. Big ask for the Tigers to beat Manure.

Alan Pardew - What a Manager.

18 games - 10 wins. Palace finish 10th. Monster achievement with the league's lowest wage bill.

Proud.

Indeed Daisy.

The likes of Sunderland Newcastle, West Ham and Villa should pay attention as so called bigger name clubs.

Norwich back for another crack in the Big League.

Yeah, the Canaries are back. Bit of a shame it wasn't Boro as they've done well under the new manager Karanka.

Spurs v Stoke City on Saturday August 15 - cost me a fortune but tix booked. nice little 40th birthday present.

:pooh :partyfest :hula :ner :banana

P.S. hopefully history doesn't repeat itself (I had tix for Spurs v Everton in 2011, but the game was postponed due to the London riots).

Fixtures out.

Always dangerous catching the newly promoted sides in the first rounds as they often leap out of the blocks and those teams facing this start are.

Bournemouth v Aston Villa

Everton v Watford

Norwich City v Crystal Palace.

other round 1 games.

Arsenal v West Ham

Chelsea v Swansea

Leicester v Sunderland

Man U v Spurs

Newcastle v Southampton

Stoke v Liverpool

West Brom v Man City.

Will be interesting to see who of the promoted outfits survive if any, Norwich would be most likely of the 3 wouldnt they.

Great to see another lesser known side in Bournemouth come to the big league even if its short lived itd be great for their fans.

Didnt Elton John own Watford at one stage.

Yeah, but sold them a few years later. I think he's still in touch with them.

Bournemouth will do well this season.

Great start for Sunderlands season 3 nil down within 23 minutes of season kick off how the *smile* can that happen

Chelsea 2-2 with Swansea. If it wasn't for Fernandez' own goal, Jose would've thrown a bigger tantrum...
